"I had never heard of Concrescence before. The images in the booklet, on the CD and at the back somehow led me to believe this would be some sort of martial folk or neofolk. I was right, for the first song that is. ‘Leszerazz’ Galliard’ actually is a quite militaristic folk tune, with some flutes to accompany the drums and hypnotizing synths. But then, it just gets different. Difficult to label the music Concrescence plays. They use aspects from neofolk, neoclassical and from medieval music. Mix all of this, and you get wonderful, one of a kind music."

"Lo que hace Concrescence no debemos enmarcarlo en el estilo Dark Folk sino en una corriente híbrida entre lo neoclásico, lo etéreo y el folk. Hay percusiones marciales y también guitarras en algunos de los temas, pero también hay un uso bastante sustantivo de los sintetizadores y las cajas de ritmos así como la aplicación de samplers."
